At Start Skilled Trades, we’re aiming to help more people start skilled trades and get earning.

Whether you are considering becoming a trades apprentice, figuring out how to start up a trades business, or wanting to grow your trades career or business, we’re here to help.

After working 9+ years in the finish carpentry trade, I’ve developed an appreciation for the construction industry and learned a thing or two about the tools used.

Growing up, my dad worked long hours in his shop or on job sites to get the job done and to provide. By the 8th grade, I was working with him for most of summer vacation and after graduating high school, I worked with him full time.

That experience was so valuable in teaching me how to work until the job is done and to work with excellence.

Since my world post college has been marketing, I’ve been brewing up ways to help people and business owners in the construction industry.

And since I’m not working in the trades right now, I want to help as many trades people and business owners as possible to start, grow, and earn more.
